This is a Japanese (Romaji Encoded = Type English letters when using) vocal database for the Utau and OpenUtau Singing Synthesis Software's for Windows and MacOS.

Install instructions
Download, unzip and drag and drop into "voice" folder where ever you install Utau and/or OpenUtau.

Is there gonna be an english one anytime soon?
Yeah I'm actually trying to figure out how to make one, also I'm trying to figure out, how to make my own singing synth software and I plan on Rokumi to be one of the standard default voicebanks, with Rokumi being a Bilingual voicebank.
